Kennan has gained expertise across a broad spectrum of legal fields, including environmental law, construction law, data protection and privacy, employment law, commercial law, intellectual property, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. His research areas of interest include consumer protection, data protection and privacy, intellectual property, environmental law, construction law, and ADR.
